At Money Mentors, we provide free, confidential financial counselling to individuals and families facing financial challenges. We can assist with:

• Rent Relief applications

• Negotiating repayment plans

• Applications for No Interest Loans (WA NILS)

• Over-commitment & financial stress

• Referrals to other agencies

• Information and assistance to apply for superannuation insurance and access under compassionate grounds. 

What We Don’t Do

While we offer financial counselling, we do not provide personal financial advice (such as recommending financial products or investment strategies), tax advice or preparation, legal or accounting services, or debt consolidation loans. Our focus is on helping you manage financial difficulties and regain control of your finances, rather than providing wealth-building or specialized financial services.

Service Area

Please note, our services are available only to individuals located within the Whadjuk Country (Perth Metro) and Bindjareb Country (Peel Region). If you live outside these areas, we kindly ask that you seek support from a financial counsellor in your region. If needed, we would be happy to assist in referring you to a suitable service.
